LN130 Series:
High-Sensitivity, Low-Noise HDR Image Sensors for Automotive, Security and Industrial Applications
Introducing the LN130 family of 1" 1.3MPix 9.5μm ultra-low-noise image sensors capable of delivering exceptional imaging results in dark environments. Proprietary HDR technology enables high dynamic range while maintaining high frame rates.
We offer a backside-illuminated version with a Quantum Efficiency of up to 93% @560nm and a front-side illuminated version.
Key Technologies
High-Sensitivity Pixel Design
The pixel unit is the core unit in the CIS, which determines the main performance of the CIS chip. Silux's own R&D high- sensitivity pixel unit has excellent quantum efficiency, extremely low dark current and noise, ensuring the excellent performance of high-sensitivity CIS products under extremely low illumination conditions.
High-Precision Readout ADC (Analog to Digital Converter)
The ADC in the readout circuit is the key circuit in the CIS chip. The high-precision readout ADC converts the weak photoelectric signals detected by the high- sensitivity pixel unit into digital signals at a very low noise cost, ensuring the excellent performance of CIS products.
Proprietary Large Pixel Array, High-Speed CIS Architecture
A variety of high-performance CIS overall architecture technology, suitable for high-resolution CIS, high-speed global shutter CIS, low illumination CIS, high dynamic CIS and linear array CIS overall architecture design, including low-noise readout, signal chain design, row and column scanning And core technologies such as high-speed digital signal transmission.
